So, the website is live. I’m officially doing this. And I figured the best place to start is right here – hi, hello, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here, and I figure the least I can do is tell you who I am, why I started this, and what you’d actually be getting if you trusted me with your wedding day.
Here’s the thing people assume when they hear “career transition”: that someone is starting from scratch, figuring it out as they go, learning on your dime. I want to address that head-on, because my story looks nothing like that.
For the past decade, I’ve worked in higher education with a deep focus on event planning and programming. I’m talking commencement ceremonies, large-scale new student orientations, campus-wide special events – the kind of productions that involve hundreds (sometimes thousands) of people, layered logistics, and absolutely zero margin for error. You don’t get to say “oops” when 2,000 families are watching their kid walk across a stage (and in the height of a global pandemic….yikes).
That background gave me something that can’t be faked: I know how events actually work. The inevitable moment when the timeline shifts, or a vendor goes quiet and something needs to be solved right now. I’ve been the person in the room who handles it calmly, and I’ll be that person for you too.
And then there’s everything else. I planned my own wedding and loved every second of it. I’ve helped friends and family plan theirs. I’ve been the unofficial wedding advisor in my circle for longer than I can remember, the one with the vendor spreadsheet and the group chat full of unsolicited (but very welcome) opinions.
At some point, doing this officially stopped feeling like a leap and started feeling like the most obvious thing in the world.
I work best with couples who want a stress-free experience. The ones who have a vision and want someone to run with it. The ones who don’t want to be fielding vendor emails the week of their wedding. The ones who want to show up on their wedding day and just be present.
I don’t have a signature aesthetic, because I don’t think your wedding should look like mine. It should look like yours. My job is to take whatever you’re dreaming of and make it happen, beautifully and seamlessly.
I am primarily serving couples in New York City and Atlanta (but I am always open to a conversation about destination events).
I offer full-service wedding planning, partial planning, day-of coordination, and elopement/micro-wedding packages, so wherever you are in the process, we can figure out how I can best serve you.
What all of them have in common: me, fully invested in your day, handling every detail with the kind of calm and competence that comes from years of doing exactly this kind of work professionally.
I’m organized to a borderline alarming degree. I’m flexible when things don’t go to plan (and something always doesn’t – that’s just events, babyy). I care deeply about the details, and I genuinely love this.
No meltdowns. No panic. Just solutions, good energy, and a wedding day where you don’t have to worry about a single thing.
If you’re newly engaged and don’t know where to start, I’ve got you!
If you’ve been planning for months and just need someone to take it from here, put me in coach.
If you just want to get on a call and see if we vibe – that’s literally my favorite thing to do!
Head over to the contact page and reach out. Tell me about your day, your vision, your venue, your vibe. I want to hear all of it!
I cannot wait to meet you. 🤍
